Rates

My rates are $80-$120 per 50-minute session.

Insurance

Our clinic will accept clients as referrals from contractual agreements, non-profits, Medi-Cal, other entities and insurance companies.

For any insurance provider to cover mental health services, the person seeking services (child or adult) has to have a documented mental health diagnosis. I am a provider for the following insurance panels:

• Aetna

• Blue Shield of California

• Cigna

• ESI

• Magellan

• Managed Health Network-MHN

• Medicare

• Medi-Cal

• Military One Source

• Optum-Private Sector-United Health

• Optum-Public Sector-Medi-Cal

• Optum-San Diego County TERM Provider

• Tri-Care West

• Tri-West Health Care Alliance/CCN/VA

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. You may also be able to utilize your Flex Plan or Health Savings Account. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible, and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What does the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If your provider offers out of network coverage, you may be able to receive reimbursement for my services. I can talk to you more about how this works to utilize out of network coverage.

Payment

For private pay, I accept cash, check, credit card, and money orders for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
